LISTING COORDINATION
$200 $180 / Per Listing
(Paid on Completion)
This is selected when a full listing package is needed.
Services include:
• Create listing package.
• Obtain all signatures on listing docs.
• Create office file for compliance system.
• Enter as a partial listing in MLS
(Agent will review and make live).
• Upload photos in MLS partial listing
• Upload associated documents into MLS
• Enter showing instructions.
• Order Home Warranty (if requested).
• Order Prelim (if requested).
CONTRACT TO CLOSE
$400 $360 / Per Order
(Paid on Completion, CA Fee $650)
This is selected when a full escrow package is needed.
Services include all items shown below under 'Contract To Close Services' including but not limited to:

• Open Escrow
• Create brokerage file in agents compliance system
• Log and monitor all contingency dates.
• Order and track all inspections specified in contract.
• Weekly summary reports sent to Agent and Client every Thursday
• Ensure brokerage file is 100% complete for agent payment
• Send review request to client upon closing with direct links to agents platforms
NEW CONSTRUCTION
$200 $180 / Per Order
(Payment Due At Time of Order)
This is selected when your escrow is a new construction and on a builders purchase areement.
CcMe will update and maintain your compliance system.
CcMe will not provide client summary reports or correspondence throughout the transaction.
SYSTEMS OUR TEAM IS TRAINED IN:
Q: How are you paid? We are typically paid through escrow and commission. However, you can be set up to be invoiced after each closing, invoiced once a month, or pass the fee onto your buyer or seller through escrow.
Q: Do You Offer Discounts? We keep our standard rate of for the first six months of the working relationship. If after six months a set volume averages out, we wilI open the conversation for possible discounts. Set volume is determined by a prior conversation with us.
Q: What Can You Do / Not Do? We function under your states NAR guidelines of the 'Unlicensed Assistant'. We do not negotiate, advise or communicate with Buyers/Sellers via phone. Though we only perform the acts of the Unlicensed Assistant per NAR, your brokerage may have guidelines about using a third party TC (especially one who is licensed). Make sure to verify with your Broker that there are no restrictions to using an outside TC. Q: Do I Pay A Fee If One Of My Transactions Terminates? No, we do not charge cancellation fees.
Q: What Hours Do You Work? Your TC works M-F 9am-5pm and is off on all legal holidays.
Q: How Do I Let You Know I Have A New Listing or New Escrow? Simply email us the contract at TC@C2Cmgt.com or submit it through your agent portal.
Q: What Brokerages Do You Work With? All of them! Though we only perform the acts of the Unlicensed Assistant per the division, your brokerage may have guidelines about using a third party TC (especially one who is licensed). Make sure to verify with your Broker that there are no restrictions to using an outside TC.
